Electromechanical assemblies

We opened a renovated working space for ESD assembly in the spring of 2018. The modular ESD space, containing 15 working stations, can be modified according to different needs.

Welding assemblies

Typical welding and soldering tasks are part assemblies of various tools, nozzles and coolers, which involve combining machined pieces into assemblies. Welded materials include different steel grades, and we use TIG, Mig and gas welding machines.

Optomechanical assemblies

Optical module assemblies are realized using optics provided by the customer and mechanics produced by us. Assembly work is performed in a monitored and controlled environment, in which working space ergonomics, material handling and clothing are strictly regulated. The modular space is well suited for batch production.
